Functieomschrijving

As an IT Service Desk Engineer at Allego, you are the first point of contact for colleagues, developers, and partners when IT isn’t working as it should. You provide customer-focused first-line support and know how to keep an overview even in busy moments. You handle tickets from start to finish, ensure new colleagues get off to a flying start with smooth onboarding, and manage laptops, workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices so everything runs smoothly.

Specifically, these will be your tasks:

  • You handle IT tickets from start to finish and maintain control via the ticketing system;
  • You set up laptops, workstations, and peripherals and ensure everything works properly;
  • You support mobile devices and ensure meetings run technically smoothly;
  • You work with Microsoft Intune (MDM) and manage accounts and permissions in Microsoft Entra-ID;
  • You actively think about how things can be smarter, faster, or better: from documentation to IT projects;
  • You collaborate with IT Security and follow change-management processes without making things unnecessarily complicated.

Jouw profiel

You don’t need to know everything yet. What’s most important is how you work and how you collaborate.

This is what you bring:

  • You have an MBO or higher education in IT or a comparable field;
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in IT support or service desk;
  • You communicate clearly and are customer-focused;
  • You are eager to learn and open to feedback;
  • You speak English well (Dutch is a plus);
  • Experience with Linux, Azure, Intune, scripting (PowerShell/Python), Jira, or Confluence is a plus.
