As an IT Service Desk Engineer at Allego, you are the first point of contact for colleagues, developers, and partners when IT isn’t working as it should. You provide customer-focused first-line support and know how to keep an overview even in busy moments. You handle tickets from start to finish, ensure new colleagues get off to a flying start with smooth onboarding, and manage laptops, workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices so everything runs smoothly.
